Adept in leading teams and formulating business strategies, addressing operational issues, resolving performance bottlenecks and achieving revenue and profitability objectives considering people, technical as well as commercial standpoints. Leading the collaborative partnerships with USAID, GIZ, World Bank, NRDC, CEEW, EY, pwc, KPMG, Renewable Energy IPPs, think tanks and multinational companies. 30+ Projects & 200MW+ consultations done for Renewable Energy projects.

Advisory Board member of five academic institutions. Developed 47 National Standards & 40 Model Curriculums, in clean energy, sustainable development and waste management domain, and adopted by 500+ training institutions and implemented across 27 states of India. Invited as Subject Matter Expert on Clean Energy, Green Construction and Entrepreneurship development by USAID, GIZ, The Institution of Engineers, NTPC School of Business, amongst others. Co-Author of 11 guidebooks to support National Skill India Mission, Chief Editor and contributing Author for 3 practitionersÂ’ guides for Bankers, Utility engineers and entrepreneurs, registered in Library of Congress catalogues and published by Taylor & Francis, developed under USAID Partnership to Advance Clean Energy Deployment (USAID PACE-D), and is being used nationally.
